How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

What about shipping?
We ship domestically within the United States and to a select number of international locations. Shipping times depend on your location and carrier capacity, as well as other supply chain-related obstacles outside of our control.

Can I pick up my order locally?
We would love to meet you in-person! However, all items are shipped from a U.S.-based warehouse that is not accessible for local pickup.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@saltceg.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
